AFOSI recovers missing machine gun
QUANTICO, Va. --
Special Agents from Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Detachment 813, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, obtained a federal search warrant and recovered an M-240 machine gun reported missing from Minot AFB in an Airman's off-base residence Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
The weapon was reported missing May 16, 2018.
No further details are available while the investigation is underway.
