Office of Special Investigations Special Agent Patrick Briggs, 3rd Field Investigations Squadron, Operating Location-F, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, went above and beyond the call of duty on Sept. 14, 2020. His selfless actions earn the Noncommissioned Officers Association nod as the Air Force Level winner of the 2021 NCOA Vanguard Award.
