How Do I File An expungement request?

The Air Force - Criminal Justice Information Center (CJIC) has created three templates; one for civilians, one for current service members and one for former service members plus provided instructions for all forms. These templates can help you to gather all the required information and advise you how to submit your expungement request. Civilians, current service members and former service members can use these templates to coordinate and request an expungement or correction of their records following an Air Force investigation.

For questions, contact our office via email: daf.cjic.expungements@us.af.mil

Submit your request via one of these two methods:

1. E-mail to:  daf.cjic.expungements@us.af.mil

2. Mail to: Air Force- Criminal Justice Information Center, Attn: Expungements, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134

NOTE: E-mailed submissions must have a valid mailing address included since it may not be practical to provide a substantive response electronically. All forms must be downloaded first and then opened in the Adobe Application.
