SA Lee Hitchcock

Special Agent Lee C. Hitchcock, was OSI Detachment 5008 Commander, Pleiku, Vietnam. On Sept. 10, 1967, the villa in which he and the detachment personnel lived and worked came under attack by Viet Cong guerrillas. SA Hitchcock sustained wounds from the attack and died shortly thereafter. (Air Force rendering)
