Cold Case has silver lining

Thanks to innovative data mining employed by Special Agent Patrick Pipkins, the Office of Special Investigations Cold Case Team solved a 35-year-old Cold Case, providing closure to the families involved and enabling a woman to meet two grandchildren she never knew she had.
