Mr. Tsvetan Tsvetanov, Bulgarian deputy prime minister, and several Bulgarian law enforcement officials, visited the Air Force Office of Special Investigations headquarters at Quantico, Va., Tuesday.

His group met with OSI leadership, including Brig. Gen. Kevin Jacobsen, OSI commander, Col. Humberto Morales, OSI vice commander, and Mr. Jeffrey Specht, OSI executive director.

Tsvetanov told Jacobsen that he would like to have him visit with them very soon at their offices in Bulgaria and thanked him for hosting his group at OSI headquarters.

During his talks with the Bulgarians, Jacobsen stressed the importance of developing the law enforcement relationship between the United States and Bulgaria. He said, in the end, both countries want the same thing - the bad guys behind bars.

The Bulgarians also received a tour of the HQ and an OSI mission briefing as part of their visit.
