Air Force Captain Devery Lane Taylor was charged with four counts of forcible sodomy, three counts of kidnapping, two counts of attempted sodomy and one count of unlawful entry, during an Article 32 hearing here in September. The charges stemmed from allegations by a man who says he met Taylor at a bar in Okaloosa County, Florida. He believes Taylor drugged him, making him incapacitated, then sexually assaulted him at Taylor's home. Since the initial allegation, three other people have come forward and reported similar incidents involving Taylor.

These charges are merely allegations. Taylor is presumed innocent until and unless proved guilty.

Taylor is a white male, 37, 5-feet-11-inches tall, with reddish-blonde hair and blue eyes. He often speaks with a Scottish or British accent, and he sometimes goes by the alias "Marouge." He is known to have frequented bars and hotels throughout the Southeast, to include Pensacola and Panama City in Florida, Huntsville and Mobile, Ala., New Orleans and Atlanta.

The Air Force Office of Special Investigations is urging anyone with information regarding the allegations against Taylor to contact investigators at (850) 844-6102.
