Fresh off its impressive showing at the National Counterintelligence and Security Awards competition earlier this year, AFOSI garnered an eyebrow-raising eight awards during the 2014 Department of Defense Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Awards competition. "The significance of these awards cannot be understated as our personnel faced stiff competition from all the DoD's intelligence community components," wrote Brig. Gen. Keith M. Givens, AFOSI Commander, in a congratulatory email Aug. 4 to Team OSI. "To win one award is truly an achievement, but as a command, we took more than a quarter of the awards!
