Air Force Office of Special Investigations Special Agent Jae Yoon received word of his latest promotion March 27, but he didn't get it the usual way - through e-mail or from his supervisor. A fellow agent requested that Secretary of the Air Force Michael B. Donley personally give the good news to Yoon, and he agreed.
