Air Force Office of Special Investigations Special Agent James Collins receives the Airman's Medal for rescuing troops in Iraq after a helicopter crashed into a lake. Special Agent Collins is credited with assisting in the rescue and life-saving efforts of 10 of the 14 passengers and crew.
