Special Agents Lee Russ and Sean Lynch, from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations’ Office of Special Projects (PJ), received the Department of the Air Force Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service, April 23, 2025, at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. The medal is the highest Department of the Air Force civilian award.
