Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling -- Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force General Larry O. Spencer, the guest speaker at the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Black History Month Luncheon held Feb. 11, 2015, at the Bolling Club, visits with personnel from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
